Almost 80 years have passed. Humanity has survived the atomic bomb, the Cold War, and global crises—but has still not created an instrument capable of stopping an aggressor and protecting every free person on the planet.
Ukraine has paid the highest price for the right to exist. We defended not just our land—we defended an idea: that democracy is worth fighting for, that freedom cannot be bought, that the people are stronger than tyranny. Now the time has come to turn this lesson into a new geopolitical reality.
We are “World Democratic Unity.” And we are announcing the launch of a global movement that will change the world.
OUR MISSION
We are creating a global democratic movement for the United States of the World—a federal union of free peoples based on the rule of law, the protection of human rights and free elections.
This is not a utopia. It is the next step.
Technology has erased national borders. The economy has gone global. Threats—from nuclear weapons to climate catastrophe—cannot be stopped by custom houses or fronties guards. The 19th-century nation-state is no longer capable of solving 21st-century problems. We need a new form of organization and we know how it can be constructed.
Security Without Compromise
The only real way to protect Ukraine from aggression forever is not merely NATO membership, but full integration into a federation of free states. When Ukraine becomes part of the United States of the World, the rules will change once and for all:
→ An attack on Ukraine means an attack on the entire federation
→ Nuclear umbrella shall be automatic and non-negotiable
→ A joint army that no aggressor will dare to challenge
→ Peace through strength, not through concessions and weakness
Russia will never dare again. Not because we ask but because there will be too many of us to stop.
OUR FOUNDATION is to be based on UNSHAKABLE VALUES
Rule of law
Not a vertical hierarchy of power, but a horizontal rule of law. Everyone is equal under the law: from president to the pensioner. Independent courts, transparent justice, and real protection of every person’s rights without exceptions and without privileges.
Total War on Corruption
E-government, public declarations by all officials, criminal liability for abuse of power, and international oversight during the transition period. Corruption is a betrayal of the people. We declare an uncompromising and inevitable war on it.
The best standards are for everyone.
The war has devastated Ukraine. But this is a unique opportunity: to build from the ground according to the world’s most modern standards. We will not copy any single model. We will integrate the best from all:
→ Technologyhas to be on par with Silicon Valley
→ Education shall be based on the Scandinavian model
→ Healthcare —on par with Israel and Germany
→ Infrastructure shall reflect Japanese quality
→ Social policy shall be built on on Canadian standards
WHAT shall we obtain?
For every Ukrainian
Salaries and pensions that allow us to live, not merely survive. Healthcare without waiting lines or bribes. World-class education being free of charge. Visa-free travel worldwide. Dual citizenship—you are both a Ukrainian and a citizen of the free world. Language and culture is to be protected by the Federation’s Constitution.
For youth
Education, startups, and careers without borders or the need to emigrate. Our generation deserves a country that doesn’t lag behind the world but leads it. We are the ones building this future. It is being built for us.
For veterans
We defended the country. Now the country defends us. Not just in words, but in deeds. Full social integration, rehabilitation, decent benefits, and respect that cannot be taken away. We deserve to live in the country we have defended.
For retired people and older generation
Our experience is invaluable during this transition period. Our dignity is non-negotiable. Pensions that allow us to live life to the fullest. Healthcare without waiting in line. Peace and security—no more wars.
FROM WORDS TO ACTION
We are not waiting for permission from the old elites. We don’t ask—we build. Step by step, year by year—a mass movement from the bottom up, from the individual to the nation.
→ Now: Civil society organization—bringing together like-minded people, forming a platform
→ 2025–2026: Political party involves participation in elections, a real voice in the Rada
(Republican supreme legislative body.
→ 2027–2028: All-Ukrainian referendum: let people decide for themselves
→ 2028–2030: Transition period: constitutional integration, new standards
→ 2030+: New reality: Ukraine as an equal state in a free federation
Referendum Question: “Do you support Ukraine’s entry into the Federation of the United States of the World as an equal state, with guarantees for the preservation of the Ukrainian language, culture, and autonomy?”
WHY NOW?
A window of opportunity is open, but it won’t stay open forever.
In 1946, Churchill called for a united Europe. He was called a dreamer. Today, the EU is a reality and the largest economic area on the planet. After Hiroshima, Einstein spoke of the need for the world government. He was considered an idealist. But he saw further than others.
Today is our moment. Ukraine has proven its commitment to democracy at the cost of blood bof her citizens. The world has seen the true face of autocracy. For the first time in history, technology enables real global management. A new generation is ready for a new identity.
There will never be another moment like this. Let’s act now.

The United States of the World is not science fiction. It is the logical next step in the evolution of humanity. Ukraine could become the first state of this new federation. And then—the Baltic states, Poland, Moldova, and other free nations. One by one. Together.
We can wait for someone else to change the world. Or we can change it ourselves. The choice is ours. The choice is yours. The choice is up to everyone reading these words.
